Amanda Price, FNP, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner with a passion for patient-centered care and community service. She earned her degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2003 and began her career in a small inner-city family practice, where she gained invaluable experience. In 2007, Amanda took a leap of faith and opened her own insurance-based family practice, driven by a commitment to providing accessible and compassionate healthcare.
In 2023, Amanda transitioned her practice to a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, embracing a more personalized and holistic approach to patient care. She also launched the DPC NP Podcast, sharing insights and expertise to support other nurse practitioners in the DPC space.
Amanda is the co-founder of Camp Conquest, a nonprofit organization that offers life-changing summer camp experiences for individuals with special needs, disabilities, and chronic illnesses. Her dedication to empowering others extends beyond her clinic and nonprofit work, inspiring countless individuals in her community and beyond.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Amanda cherishes time with her family, including her five children, two grandchildren (with one on the way), and friends. She enjoys unwinding at her lake house, piecing together intricate puzzles, and creating lasting memories with loved ones.
