Dr. Alesha is a passionate leader in the world of healthcare entrepreneurship and direct primary care. As the Founder and CEO of Logos Health, a thriving direct primary care clinic in Gastonia, NC, Dr. Alesha provides integrative family care, specializing in hormone health, weight management, and personalized wellness solutions. She brings an innovative approach to healthcare, seamlessly blending holistic care with modern medical practices to deliver top-tier health services that empower patients to take control of their well-being.

Dr. Alesha is also an Assistant Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University, where she teaches future nurse practitioners in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. Her engaging teaching style incorporates technology, creativity, and personability, fostering an environment where students not only learn but thrive. Recognized with the prestigious 2023 DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nursing Faculty, Dr. Alesha is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of healthcare leaders.

A passionate mentor, Dr. Alesha works closely with new nurse practitioners, guiding them through the complexities of starting clinical practice and entrepreneurship. Her work is especially focused on helping Christian professionals care for the "whole man" — integrating faith, family, and health into their entrepreneurial endeavors.

In addition to her clinical and teaching roles, Dr. Logan is the developer and writer of the upcoming Post-graduate Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Healthcare, set to launch at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2025. This groundbreaking program will equip healthcare professionals with the skills to lead and innovate within the healthcare sector, focusing on entrepreneurial thinking, strategic management, and integrating faith-based servant leadership.

Dr. Alesha's work is deeply inspired by her love for Jesus, and she strives to reflect that faith in every aspect of her personal and professional life.

When she’s not transforming healthcare, Dr. Alesha is a proud wife and mother of six children, including a set of one-year-old identical twins. Her work, both in the clinic and classroom, reflects her deep belief in the power of healthcare to change lives—starting with the practitioner themselves.
